We were absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Shana. She was punctual, accomodating to our stringent "to do" list and eager to please. It was so refreshing to observe her professional attitude and excellent work ethic and I hope that we have the opportunity to use this company again in the future. Peter is a pleasure to deal with. He is courteous, on time and clearly values his customer service. He provides fair warranties for the work he does and he clearly knows what is required. I hope that our problem does not reoccur but I will plan to contact Peter in the future to be proactive. Since he is in great demand, it can be difficult to schedule an immediate appointment but Peter always returns calls and does his best to accomodate.

It was a pleasure to have employed Ramiro to restore our 2 showers. He has a strong work ethic and prides himself on a job well done and this was evident in the excellent results he achieved. Sadly, it is not always the case that one is comfortable or confident with someone working in one's home but the opposite was true in this case. We would not hesitate to hire Ramiro for any future needs. The only suggestion we would make is that he have someone pick up his calls/texts/voicemails as he is so busy, it can take a while to connect!

Tyler was incredibly professional and competent and demonstrated what he was correcting so that we were knowledgeable for the future and our family safety. He said we were one of the few clients to contact him proactively but I wish his services were mandatory for all dryer installations and home acquisitions and rentals. Shame on hardware and department stores for continuing to stock flexible foil and plastic vents for dryers! This was probably the best, most professional service call we have ever had. Tyler even wore booties to keep our floors clean which was indicative of his respectful and courteous manner. Thank you Tyler for your incredible service!

Avenue Road has a solid reputation and that is why we hired them to replace our roof several years ago. We were missing some shingles after this winter and they sent Kas to our home in a timely fashion. He took care of the problem, showed us photos of the repair and the state of the roof, in general. He was very helpful and clearly informed us about what he had done. Much appreciated!
