Frustrated with having to deal with the annual destruction from crows and animals digging up the lawn due to the chafer beetle infestation, I contacted several landscaping companies for estimates. I was particularly drawn by the favourable reviews for Daisy’s Landscaping and decided to contact them for an estimate. Other companies either didn’t respond or I found their phone presence lacking. After initial contact with Chris, who was prompt, professional & friendly, he setup a meeting for an estimator, Mike, who arrived on time and very quickly sized-up the situation, listened to what I wanted, considered my budget, contributed very helpful information and even took the time to educate me on why the lawn destruction kept recurring. Four weeks later, my front and back yards have been transformed into a stunning, multifaceted and multipurpose urban oasis that was expertly planned out and executed. A project manager, Jeff, was assigned to oversee the undertaking and he work directly with me. He was prompt in responding to any questions and concerns – always balancing what I wanted while offering his professional opinion in order to achieve the best results. The crew was courteous and friendly, and arrived promptly each morning. Furthermore, I’d like to emphasize the fact that they were all highly skilled and executed the work with precision and artistry. At each phase, it was impressive the level of detail in terms of equipment and coordination that was required. As an office manager, I can appreciate the complexities and challenges of having skilled and competent staff, meeting goals and building client relationships, so I was compelled to write this review, because I was so impressed with the entire experience and all of the personnel that I dealt with at Daisy’s Landscaping. I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects and would recommend them with confidence to my family and friends.
