We recently replaced all the windows in our home. We did our research, and had several quotes from different companies before we selected Brock because of their price and quality of windows they offered. The installer Mike came out to take the final measurements, and as soon as we met him we were so glad we selected Brock! Mike is a seasoned professional and he and his team did an amazing job. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing, they were quick (although they didn't rush the job) and clean (a drop cloth under every window!) and went the extra mile for us. We felt totally at ease with them in our home, and totally confident in the job they did. I definitely would recommend Brock to anyone looking for beautiful high quality windows at a competitive price,and ask for Mike as your installer- you won't be disappointed! We love our new windows!!!

We just moved into our first home and we quickly noticed that even though the furnace was on, no air was blowing out of the vents and the back of the house was freezing! I called a furnace company, and he suggested I try getting the ducts cleaned before he came out to quote for a repair. He recomended Capps, and told me to give them a call. So I did, and am I ever glad I did!! I spoke to Paul, he listened to the problems were were having, and said he'd be more than happy to come out. I told him I work all day, so he arranged to come after work to accomodate my schedule. He called me on the day of our appt to confirm his arrival time, and when I got home from work, he was already there waiting for me. Paul was so knowledgeable, and more than willing to show us how things work, explain what he was doing, and answer all our questions. We learned so much from him. He was more than respectful of our home (and our brand new carpet throughout) he took his shoes off and on as required, so he did not step one foot on our carpet with his shoes! This was much appreciated. Paul did a wonderful & professional job. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. After he completed the job, we went around to check out the vents- what a difference!! We actually had air flow! It was amazing to see the difference duct cleaning made! (and we no longer need to call in a repair man!) We want to send a huge thank you to Paul, and we reccomend Capps to everyone!!

I am very unhappy with 4u furniture (at centerpoint mall) we bought a bed set, and we needed to store it until we moved, so they graciously offered to hold it for us. Granted it took much longer than we anticipated to move, but when we were ready for delivery of the bed set, we had to try for months to get them to deliver then they told us it would cost an additional $100 cash upon delivery!! - (which we reluctantly had ready to hand over).So the big day finally came, we were told the delivery window was between 11am and 3pm, and I was there myself waiting for the truck to arrive. Noon came and went, 1pm, 2pm,2:30pm, and then at 2:45- only 15 minutes left in the "window" - I get a phone call from Kim saying that there was an "accident" while loading my bed in the truck, apparently, the men "dropped" it, and had "cracked the headboard", so needless to say I would not be getting my bed again today!. She went on to tell me that they were going to "search the warehouse" to see if they had a "replacement headboard" laying around somewhere, and she would call back to let me know. So I waited, and waited,-after a few weeks passed I called the store and asked what was going on, I was told by Marnie (I think is her name) that they were still looking, and it was a large warehouse, so it would take about one more week to search, and that Kim would call me by the end of the next week. So when the next week came and went with no phone call from Kim, I began calling them. After trying several times and not getting through to anyone, I finally got Marnie on the phone, and she just kept telling me that "Kim is the one who is taking care of the situation" and she would "have her call me", but she never did, so after being put off for another few weeks, going back and forth, with me calling and getting the same answer: "Kim is not in now call after 2pm" and then I do call after 2 and Kim is never there or "shes late today" or "i expect her within half an hour" or "shes not here yet- but you can keep calling to check" every time I call! So, three weeks after all that, finally I get Marnie on the phone and ask her to bottom line this for me- what is she going to do? well, a refund was out of the question because it had gone on too long, so we agreed that we would come down and pick out another bed set. So we go and when we get there she is so super friendly and extra nice to us, so i thought this may end ok after all, and we picked out another set (beautiful by the way) and she sold us a $200 comforter set, and a $60 delivery fee this time. The total was close to $1500 (in addition to the $1000 store credit we had) and it was paid in full on the credit card that day.She told us we could expect delivery next week (the week before Christmas). We left the store happy. Then the next week came and went, I left a message after calling a few times and not getting anyone, asking when are we going to get the bed?? of course no one responded and then it was christmas, so there is another week gone, and then my Dad tried calling, and finally got an answer on the phone and it was Marnie, she was very apologetic and told him that they were "so busy over christmas" and our order for delivery just "slipped through the cracks" and she would (again) "have Kim call back with a date for delivery" -well, that was on friday (29th of dec 06) and guess what?- Kim never called!! I called back again yesterday (jan2/07) and I got Marnie on the phone, and I asked for Kim (it was after 2pm!) and funny thing, Kim was not there! I tried again around 3:45- 4:15pm and again I got Marnie saying "Kim's not here, but i'll tell her to call you"(she didnt). Right now, today Jan3/07 2:25pm, I just called again, and Marnie answered the phone, I asked for Kim, she said "Kim's not here, can i take a message?" I said yes, told her who I was (she knows my name all too well!) and said I'm STILL waiting for delivery! so she assured me that "as soon as Kim sets foot in the door" she will "have her call me" -ha, we'll see, but you know the thing that I'm really offended by? -I am the customer, I paid in full, I'm the one being given the run-around, and yet SHE sounds SO annoyed everytime I call her!! Hello!! Deliver my bed and we will be done with eachother!!- but she keeps stalling, I'm beginning to wonder if they are just scamming my money with no intention of delivering what I paid for!?? Whats going on here people? the saga continues the saga has continued as follows: after alot of back and forth between myself and marnie/kim, we finally had a delivery date set -jan 9th, then, as the day came closer, i started getting calls stating that they were loading the truck, and realized that they did not have the queen set that we ordered, but to save more hassle and aggravation they would give us the king size frame at no extra charge, i thought this was a very nice thing to do on their part, until we realized my dad doesn't have a king mattress!(or any need or room for a king size bed!), so marnie offered to sell him a king size mattress for another $1000!! oh, and don't forget we also paid for a queen duvet/pillow set- so are they going to give us the king size instead or try to get more money out of us for that too?? so my dad called and said that he has no need for a king bed, and he wants the queen set he originally ordered or cancel the whole thing, well, they decided to give him the mattress, if he'll take the king because they didn't have the queen, so he took it, and it was (finally) delivered on thurs. jan11(at 9pm!) so now, we are waiting to see if we will ever receive this mattress as promised, and to find out about the queen size duvet set, cuz that was not delivered yet either, so thats it for now, i'll keep you all posted.
