I bought a coffee table set and decided to return it. We never even opened the box. When I called to find out how to do this, I was shocked to hear they don't take returns! I argued enough to work my way up to talking to the store manager. When I finally pointed out that no where in the store, or on my invoice, does it say that I can't return my purchase, so that legally I CAN return it, he finally relented. I've never heard of any retail store selling regular priced merchandise and not allowing returns. I will NEVER even look at The Brick for furniture shopping again!
