These folks know basements, and this showed from the moment we met Mike from Assured who left us more than impressed with a basement design we never would have considered and paved the way to the finished basement of our dreams. From working with Ryan and Hollis at the design center helping with the finer details of our basement, to the care that Enrique, Daniel, Mila, Jorge and the other tradespeople had with finishing our basement, we felt we were in good hands every step of the way. Katarina helped immensely with renderings to help us visualize our wet bar design ideas, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! With that said, there were times where my wife and I felt that we could have used more frequent status updates on the schedule. We sometimes found that to fill these knowledge gaps, we had to initiate discussion to understand next steps. While this did resolve issues pertaining to timing of events, we hoped this information was more forthcoming. Overall we are pleased with how our basement turned out and look forward to enjoying it for many years to come!

Decided to hit the reset button on my failing lawn and from the reviews I've read on homestars, contacted Cabana Landscaping for the job.Jaren and his crew were nothing but professional, helpful with their advice, and once on the job, completed the job quickly and as agreed. I now have an amazing lawn which is the envy of my neighbours, and once empty flower beds full with their recommended choices and I couldn't be happier! Also fixed previous work from previous contractors for the sides of my house with weed barrier and gravel/river rocks. Highly recommended!
