Living in Abbotsford

Bill is amazing! During a reno to fix a flood in our home, it was discovered that we had to have the great majority of the plumbing in our house replaced ... after walls and ceilings were ripped out, they found about 90% of the old copper pipes had pin-holes with tear drops forming in many places. A plumber was needed pronto, we were in a pickle. With no delay, Bill came in and saved the day! Super friendly and very efficient. Very good at his job. Thank-you, Bill! We think you're awesome!

First time we had him come, he was very good and on time. The last time we needed him, he kept promising to call us back "later that day." Then days went by. When i called back he got defensive. Don't need that. Disappointed

The project was to take two weeks and was not finished for almost two months. He was very difficult to get a hold of. He was defensive when I addressed the prolonging of the project. While he was gone for several weeks on holiday our door was boarded over. The quality of workmanship was good but the customer service was lacking.
