We are in the process of our kitchen renovation and so far KitchenCraft service has been a total disaster. Not only did our cabinets arrive late, but they then informed us that their were backordered items that would have to be delivered later (meanwhile our cabinet installer was coming in during the week to do the job). While it can be understood that backorders happen, what's not acceptable is that when we continued to follow up over the next 3 weeks (after they were supposed to be delivered), we were not given any idea of when the backordered items would arrive only to be finally told 3 weeks later that they 'couldn't find them". I'm not sure how any reputable company can not only lose such massive items, but to also not realize it until after 3 weeks from the time it left their plant. We are now told that it will be another 2-4 weeks to 'rush' the order. Meanwhile ,we have now been a month without a kitchen with 3 year old and 1 year old and there is no end in site. To top it off, we were also told some additional items that we ordered later are also going to be an additional week late because they had a power failure (A weeks power failure??) The only reason I gave it a '2' and not a '1' is because the actualy cabinets look decent but the service is unbelievably poor.
