Andre was contracted by EURO-TECH windows to install windows I purchased from them. When they came to review the job and final measurements taken Andre put on a good show and talked a good talk. Knowing that EURO-TECH entrusted Andre to install the windows I had him quote me on 2 basement cracks. Prices seemed fair so the work was done. What a mistake. He has high school kids working for him doing heavy labour. Property was damaged. He used my tools in the basement. He used a dry saw in the basement which created a cloud of dust that could be cut with a knife (what a mess). Used oldschool methods to fix the cracks. After this experience, numerous calls were made to Euro-Tech informing them of my experiences and displeasure of workmanship. My calls fell on deaf years and they continued thier relationship with him. After 3 days of window installation I refused to let Andre in the house. Told Euro-Tech the project would not continue untill such time he is removed from the project. Upon inspection Norm from Euro-tech agreed and removed Andre from the project. The installed windows were removed and reinstalled 2 weeks after the original install. This project was document with videos and pictures. Euro-Tech windows is another story to which I will speak off on a future post.
