To respond to what 'albulena 123' wrote '...he even calls you to say sorry and lets you know the new due date...', it sounds a big joke to me. 9 out of 10 phone calls I and my neighbours made were directed to his voicemail and he NEVER responded! By chances when I spoke to him he kept promising the job will be completed in the next few days. It has been three months and it's not done yet when I am writing this post!
