On that unforgettable day at the end of last year, when Ottawa had its record snowfall of 50+cm, we had the privilege of having a kind snow removal driver who knocked on our door to give us the option to move the car out of the driveway so that he could plow the whole lane. If he hadn't done that, I wouldn't have been able to dig out our van later, as I saw many cars buried in snow that fateful day. We greatly appreciated that act of kindness, on a day when just walking outside was a supreme challenge. Thanks for the caring service.
