When Alex and his crew showed up they immediately began removal of the rented hotwater tank and returned it to the vendor. The work was done neatly and efficiently. The ERV system was installed on another day with the same efficiency. We are quite pleased with the effectiveness of these units. Along with the new furnace, we now have the "total package "
