We put a $3500.00 deposit down on a $5000.00 custom door. After waiting six months for our door to come in we asked for our money back. The owner said no. Then we found out from the manufacturer Gehres isn't even a dealer for their product. He just took the money and let us wait. We have been through the Better Business Bureau and the Ministry of consumer affairs with no results. Now we are in small claims court. It's been a year and a half. Shop elsewhere.
