These guys are the best. We've used them for several projects as we've renovated over the years. Most recently, we had shower glass installed as well as a railing. No idea if they do exterior, but I'd imagine the same quality product and workmanship being delivered. Excellent job and extremely satisfied. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for interior glass or railing work being done.

I had to move my panel from a 100amp to 200amp and have it relocated. I had met with several other licensed electricians highly rated on Homestars. Moe and his team won hands down in price, recommendations and experience. They provided me with solutions, not problems. Their work is incredibly organized, clean, and on code 100% of the time. Eric was always on time, honest, and experienced. He repaired both my washing machine and oven. My washing machine unfortunately didn't start after service but he returned within a day to get it back running without added cost. Thank you Eric!!

We had a pretty big job to do with our underpinning project. Yuriy was one of many quotes I had from others on Homestars. His quote was within range of others but what set him apart was his honest nature and his thorough explanation of the process. When we kicked off the project, Yuriy arrived with a massive team of what appeared to be Olympic strongmen. ;) This team set out every day for weeks digging, filling bins and pouring pins. Once done, they installed steel beams and posts as required by the architect, engineer and inspectors. Each stage was signed off by the city inspector and engineer. The waterproofing, plumbing and floor was poured on time (despite shortages in product availability). This team was professional, friendly, and transparent with all costs. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service.

I met with Robert to get a quote on the work required for my new AC and Furnace. While on site and looking at my basement (being underpinned and remodeled) we discussed some additional duct work that could be done to maximize our new space. Within days Robert had a quote to me that was fair and met my expectations (while beating 3 other quotes I'd received earlier). We needed to have the floor concrete poured before moving forward though. A few weeks later I was in California when my wife called me. Our old AC unit died and was beyond repair! Thankfully though, our floor had just been poured so it was perfect timing for installation. I called Robert who put me in touch with Leslie and we began working on scheduling a time for service. We booked a time and within days and Saeed and team came by to install. Both units were installed and back on and we are very pleased with them both. We ended up with a Lennox furnace and Mitsair air conditioner. Days later, Saeed came back to complete the duct work which exceeded my expectations. He and his team came in and did an incredible job, gave sound advice, and provided outstanding service. My favorite quote from Cozy World team was "You'll see us when you call but when we are done you won't see us for another 20 years!" Well let me tell you, if I ever have a second property or friends in need of this service I will be sure to call again. I can't recommend higher.

My wife and I had Jay and team completely re-do our backyard. Fences, Deck, and Stonework. The team was in and out quickly, on time and on budget. I can't express how much joy this has brought our family. The really impressive part though, was the follow up. One season later, Jay called me up to see how I was liking the new backyard. I mentioned to him that I saw some discoloration in the stone. Jay immediately had a video of the stone sent to Permacon (the manufacture). The Permacon rep. came by and let us know that all the stone had a default and had to be completely replaced. Jay's team was tied up in other jobs, so Permacon had another highly reputable company come and replace all stone at no cost! The job was well done and on time. This is a testament to not only Jay for flagging it and getting an immediate response from Permacon, but also Permacon for providing an exceptional product that really stands by their promise to customers. Fantastic work and outstanding follow up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
