Smithwerks showed up early (as we had requested) to clean up a really unpleasant and messy pet accident on the carpet in our brand new townhouse. Clean up was quick and efficient and the friendly cleaner clearly explained everything he had done. Note that they are in North Vancouver (Homestars doesn't make it easy to browse by location like Yelp) and don't take credit cards, only cheque or cash.

Responded within a couple of hours to clear a hopelessly plugged kitchen drain (after I'd almost suffocated the whole family with chemicals the day before). Confirmed our preference for smaller, owner-operated businesses.
