From the first time I met Payam, I had a good feeling with how professional he was, and he certainly lived up to his word. The new fence was installed in one day, and after I noticed cracks in many panels because of the day being the hottest on record for July, I contacted Payam and he arranged to come back and fix anything I asked for. There was no hesitation on his part to come and replace the wood, and he and Tyler even replaced boards that I didn't even ask for, but they wanted the fence looking better than before. Payam, Tyler, and their team worked through an incredibly hot day, turning to rain, but endured through the heat and rain without a complaint. The fence looks amazing and even after the repairs were done, Payam called to let me know that if there was anything else I needed fixed, just call him. Thanks for a job well done and I would absolutely recommend this company. Payam was a delight to deal with and his prices were competitive. I will be having him make a gate for us in the near future as I know now what quality and reputation I am working with.

Soroush was a pleasure to deal with. He was busy last summer so he had helpers do a lot of the job and then Soroush came to finish off the job. When we needed some changes, he was able to make the changes and helped build two decks. Some of the posts and wood is cracking, which hopefully can get fixed/replaced this summer since it has been less than one year. I would recommend this company if you want a deck.

After having Benny come to our home last year to repair a ceiling, we had another leak and I didn’t even have to give it a second thought about calling Benny to come back and fix our ceiling. It is such a delight having Benny come to our home. He is dependable, cleans up all the prep work, pays attention to detail, a pleasure to work with, and takes pride in his work. I don’t know how many tradesmen who love the work they do - Benny does, so he puts his heart into his work, and it shows. Thank you for all that you do, and for making time to come fix our ceiling even if it wasn’t a big job, you still made the time for us which we appreciated so much. After deliberating between several flooring companies, I chose Floors Direct North and I couldn't be happier. From the time I met Faisal, to having excellent installers who took pride in their work, to the plumber who was supplied to me as part of the job, I know I made the right choice. I got a call today after the plumber finished reinstalling the toilet and sink to see if everything was okay. I thought that was great customer service on his end. Today, I was given a floor cleaning kit for my new floors and was told that when I run out of cleaner, I could get more at no charge - that's service!! It's really a tough decision when spending a lot of money on replacing flooring, but you will be very pleased if you choose Floors Direct North. Mohammed and Ben were both friendly, helpful, and made me feel that I made the right choice. When the wrong baseboards arrived, the new ones were replaced right away without hesitation. Faisal, thank you for coordinating everything and helping with my floor choice. The floors look great!!

Selecting the right professional to come in to your home and do work you need done is a challenging task. Who do you choose when you read so many reviews? After meeting Benny, I had a good feeling about him and decided he was the one. Well, I am thrilled that I chose Benny because not only did he live up to his reputation, but he and Mike did an amazing job on my two ceilings that needed the popcorn to be removed. One room had the builder's original popcorn ceiling, and the second room had been redone with new popcorn and it had been painted which was a more difficult ceiling to work with. Benny, without a second thought, fixed everything and the final product is fantastic. Thank you Benny and Mike for paying attention to detail and going the extra mile to fix up some other areas that needed to be patched. You were both a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend your company to anyone who wants professionals who truly takes pride in their work. Benny was right when he said I wouldn't get a better painter - Mike was excellent!

I checked around for companies that had good reviews on Homestars, and Century Aluminum came up with great reviews. I contacted Gary and he always promptly responded to my emails. The teams that came to do the job were so pleasant, careful with the work, and left the premises clean. Everything we agreed to was done, and when we spotted some flaws, they came right away to fix them. Gary never asked for a penny until we were satisfied with the job and we were TOTALLY happy. I highly recommend this company for your home repair as they are true to their word.

After hearing a recommendation from someone I met once, I called Boris and he was a pleasure to deal with. He helped us work on designing a new front door which came out looking spectacular. Boris is a true professional and his team of installers were exceptional. They cleaned up every scrap of debris, and really took pride in their work. Any questions I had, Boris was there to answer them, and was always available when I called. I would highly recommend this company, in fact, I already have. We have the nicest door on the street, and the siding on our front windows was done exactly as we asked for. Boris' pricing was the best of all the contractors I contacted. What an amazing find!!
