I am glad I retain Greg to replace the cracked bricks on the side of the chimney as well as the extensive cracks on the brick wall joints of the garage. He also replaced the cracked bottom bricks in between the double garage with concrete block and finished with parging. He explained well how he was going to do the job during the cost estimate. Even though scaffolding was involved, he finished all repairs within a day and the job was done efficiently and professionally. The work area was kept clean with all garbage removed after the work. Even though the tree service needed is not a small job, I gambled and didn't bother to get anther quote as Mark earned my trust when he came to give an estimate and answered to my questions. My instinct proves to be correct on the day when they brought in their expertise and equipment. They did their job systemically in a professional way and in 5 hours the job was done.
