Our designer, Caroline, was very professional, easy to work with and helpful as to how our kitchen organization could be significantly improved. She was knowledgeable about the product line and made some very good recommendations. She took time to understand our needs and was most personable throughout the process. She also assisted most generously with her time in assisting us to organize and place items into the new kitchen system. Caroline was also very ethical in only selling the products that we actually needed. Very commendable to have such professionalism and integrity of character. James, our installer was also very professional. He, in coordination with Caroline did second measurements to ensure that the product met our needs and would fit properly. He contacted us regularly to inform us that the product was in and to set an installation date. He was flexible when we had to delay the installation date. On the date of the installation, he was very organized, very thorough in his work and was very efficient. He was personable and consulted with us throughout the process. Both Caroline and James work well as a team. They are both great PR people for Shelf Genie. The only unfortunate situation was that the two "lazy susans" did not meet our requirements as they did not fully utilize the space. However, Caroline readily came up with some other options . Unfortunately, the options will not be available for another 6 to 8 weeks. But, in the end, I will have a brand new kitchen that is well organized and a pleasure to use.
