Hired Jafar to upgrade the electrical panel and upgrade the service to 200 Amp We communicated over the phone at first and then by text message. I sent photos of our old panel and service line. Within minutes I received an estimate. Once i gave him the go ahead, he applied for the permit/ hydro shutdown that same night. Also sent me the confirmation. I appreciated the communication and efficiency. The day of the upgrade. Jafar showed up on time. Completed the job promptly and even added an exterior plug for me. As this was part of a basement reno. He also gave me a few tips and an estimate on my basement wiring. As everyone knows. Its not easy dealing with trades sometimes. It was refreshing to deal with a professional who kept his word. Showed up on time and had good communication. Will hired again when it comes time to wire my basement

I planned a total renovation down to the studs for my 100 year old home. Mohammed came and did all the plans for both floors. This included a LVL beam to be installed to get rid of a load bearing wall. Then my plan to remove the wall changed and Mohammad made the adjustments on the plans without hesitation. He was very accommodating with the changes and listened to what I required. I told him my future plans for my basement, and he did the below grade enterance in the itial drawings. He had stamped his drawings and completed them in a short period. I am glad to have called Mohammad from SauzTeq Engineering. He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. We started this gut job in the end of February. That is when Igor came by to give a quote. He was able to provide a date in with two months which was faster than other companies. We had 9 windows replaced in 1 day. Glen was one of my installers and he was professional and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The capping was very clean, along with the caulking. We ordered two casement windows in the front of the house and i highly recommend going with casement over single hung. It provides a clear sight line and makes a huge difference astetically in my kitchen. The house already feels warmer and looks a lot better aesthetically. Ill be calling them for my basement windows next. Thanks to the team who did a great job with installing windows and doors for us.
