The quality of their small windows are acceptable but the bigger windows are poor. Cold draft comes in through the windows as if they were opened. Lots of ice formed on the edges of the windows. They came in once to fix it but problem still exists. Tried to contact them again, they either do not commit to their appointment or do not return my calls. Customer service is non-existent. Do not count on them to honor the warranty.
