Work completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner in the timeframe Mark quoted to us. The roof looks really nice, and so far (only a couple weeks in) no issues with the workmanship. Communication was pretty good via email and text. The minor issue involved post-completion clean up. There were lots of shingle granules around the perimeter of the house that we ended up tracking into the house, and we also picked up a handful of roofing nails around the perimeter of the house. They completed the job late on a Saturday eve, perhaps this aspect was overlooked. When we informed Mark of this, he was good at resolving and apologized.

Whonnock was recommended to me by some friends to get a quote for a new roof. Abraham showed up at my house, after introduction, he asks me 'why do you think you need a new roof?'. He told my my roof was fine, but that they could send one of their staff over to do some repair work at a fraction of the cost! They showed up the following week and replaced some missing shingles and recaulked as necessary. In 3-5 years, when I actually NEED a new roof, they will be getting a call from us!
