I had a crack that ran the full height of the stem wall. Easy enough except that it ran on the wall where my stairs are and the stringer was butt up against it. I went online and did a search for foundation repair and AquaSeal was the first hit. It has become a habit to look at reviews of whatever I am looking to spend money on and after reading reviews on google reviews and homestars I gave Pierre a call. I got lucky and caught him and his team on the way back from another job that was nearby. I gave him a real vague description of the job I needed done and from that he assessed it(estimated time and material), priced it and then asked if I wanted it completed within the next hour!!! I have never had work done that did not require waiting days for someone to come and assess a job then waiting a month, with no set date, for the job to be done. So 15 minutes later he arrives, sets up his work area and goes to work. The issue I mentioned at the start of this post with the stringer seemed to be no issue at all for him. Another noteable observation was he had his assistant clean up and take out gear he no longer needed during the job which shows professionalism. I believe he was just over an hour in and out, did a solid job with a 25 year warranty. Thank you for the great job. Definitely Recommend Pierre and will not think twice about using him again.

The experience I had with Premium Paving from day one was well above my expectations. It is rare to find a company that makes the process from start to finish, totally unstressful but P.P. does just that. The assessor Des is a super nice guy who is prompt and courteous with answers to any question you might have and to every question you didn't know you had but you are glad they got answered. Something else that made me not regret my decision is that they are a family run business. As for the job itself... OMG talk about super fast and well executed. I did not feel like my life or the life of my neighbors was at all interrupted. The quality of the finished job looks AMAZING!! With the amount of material they added, I cannot foresee there being any issues with the driveway for decades to come. But one thing above all that stands out with Premium Paving is that the owner is also one of the labourers and a super nice guy. How cool is that? Thanks Premium Paving for the killer driveway.
