Dear Mr. & Mrs. Nesci,
Your statement with respect to us hiring unlicensed trades is not fact. We are licensed general contractors and the plumbing & electrical contractors we hired for your project are licensed contractors as well.
As you now realize, the plumbing leak was a result of a defective control valve and PVC connections located within the shell of the SanSpa Walk-in bathtub made by Safety Bath that we installed in your home. We have corrected the issue with replacement parts sent by the manufacturer and have eliminated your safety concerns. Our electrical work was passed by an Electrical Safety Authority inspector, who's report indicated that our work was done safely & properly in compliance with code.
Mr. Nesci, the (3) doors mentioned in your complaint were completed by you. This was an acceptable request seeing that you are a skilled cabinet maker by trade and that you wanted the doors/trim to match the rest of the woodwork being upgrading in your home. We compensated you for this work without question, in full and without any hesitation.
I understand your frustration & concerns with the bathtub leak, as it took 3 visits by our plumber to discover the true problem while repairing the pre installed PVC pipes underneath the tub, (which were eventually replaced under manufactures warranty). Please understand that finding the cause of water leaks can often be difficult to pin point, and once we were able to find the solution, we did fix the problem.
We appreciate your prompt payments and are happy to resolve any other issues with our work that you are not satisfied with.
Your satisfaction and our reputation means allot to us.
Yours very truly,
Ronny Wiskin, President
