The seal on our refridgerator and freezer door was loose. Upon calling Future Shop to activate our extended warranty they referred us to Traz. An employee from Traz came out to our house to replace the gasket on our appliance. The gentleman ended up taking off the door and placing it on the ground. I asked him to take out the item from the door and he said it wasnt necessary. He ended up spilling most of the content from my fridge door down the door itself and all over my kitchen floor. When he finished he looked at me and smiled saying that at least my fridge was fixed and that he didnt really mean to give me extra work. I would not reccomend Traz for your repair needs.

We furnished our entire new home from the Brick. In delivering the items to our home, their men seriouslly damaged our ceiling. In attempting to contact the Brick for compensation or to even fix the problem, we have been given the permanent run around. The Brick was exceptional in their sales department to get us to buy the products but they have horrible post purchase manners. Our ceiling is still damaged and the Brick is still giving us the run around.
