Mark educated me and suggested a product that would work best for my house and situation, but left it up to me to decide. NO regrets, it looks beautiful; thanks for the guidance Mark! I recently purchased a condo in North York and in my search saw several developers with different build quality. I picked a menkes developed unit based on price and location, location, location. I'd rate the build quality as a 5/10. The walls, ceilings and floors are super thin and you can here your neighbors in everything they do...I mean everything. Even the materials used in the unit could've been better. oh well, better luck next time.
