Real Canadian Roofing installed our new roof this year (April 2021). Everything about it went smooth and well. The price was good, the timelines were met, and the work appears to be high quality (not that I am a knowledgable judge on this subject). I would recommend them based on that alone- in fact I had already referred them to a friend. That is where this review could end, however the amazing thing happened a few weeks after the roof was done. We installed a new dishwasher. In the few days following, we noticed a sporadic leak in the window just below where the dishwasher sits. It also happened to rain around that same time (the first rain since the roof was installed). We first experimented with everything we could think of with the dishwasher and the nearby sink, and we could not reproduce the leak in the window below. Then it rained again, and leaked again, so we thought it must be the roof. Believing we had eliminated the dishwasher as a possible leak source, we contacted Real Canadian Roofing. They responded within minutes and arrived at the house by noon that same day. They spent a while inspecting the relevant part of the roof above the leak before saying they really didn't think the roof was the issue, and asked if they could see the dishwasher. Within a few minutes, the issue with the dishwasher install was found and fixed. They wouldn't accept payment for fixing the leak related to our dishwasher install. I tell this story (despite the fact that it is a little embarrassing, and reveals my low skill level as a handyman), to demonstrate how focused on customer service Real Canadian Roofing is. They are people that are attentive and responsive, and care about their customers. Plain and simple, hire Real Canadian Roofing for your next roofing job. If you use a bigger company, all they do is contract out the job to a crew like theirs, except that that crew won't care as much as Real Canadian Roofing does. Cut out the middle man and use them directly.
