Neil did several jobs for us, including installing an overhead box for a bedroom fan, installing three pot lights in one bathroom, and adding a separate light switch in another bathroom. He was personable and professional, and did a great job. We would definitely recommend him.

Thank you for the review. Working in existing homes requires a lot of experience. Hiring approved contractorsfor electrical gas and plumbing is required for liability insurance . It helps keep insurance rates lower and accidents to a minimum. Enjoy your new ceiling fan and potlights. Thx Neil

They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently even in excessive heat, and stuck to their estimate. They filled all the cracks in the concrete, which was in terrible shape, and coated it with polyaspartic floor coating, a very high quality coating. The new garage floor is a beautiful light grey colour, durable, a breeze to clean and nice to walk on even in bare feet. We would definitely recommend Park Place Garage.
