10/10

Robart was repeatedly recommended to me for their expertise in old houses, and after seeing what they did with my 1949 house, I now wholeheartedly concur. The work was fast; less than a day. And that included full replacement of the electrical panel, the swapping out of upstairs outlets with GFIs and a tricky re-routing of the main power line that required an on-the-fly approval from the city inspector. Still, despite this unexpected roadblock, the crew didn't miss a beat. The new electrical works great, my house is 100 AMP, my upstairs circuits are now GFIed and I have a surge protector. For $3000 and a few hours with the power off, Robart took my 1940s house into the 21st century.
