Faulkner's after sales service is outstanding. Just under a year ago we purchased a stainless steel Samsung fridge from Faulkner's. We are always very happy with the great service we get when we go to Faulkner's to make our purchase. They listen to our needs, they know their products, they work with our budget and they help us make the right purchase decisions. But what is really outstanding about the folks at this store, they don't just say good-bye and see you later once you make your purchase. We had some surface rust come out on the freezer door of our new stainless refrigerator. An unusual thing but it happened. So the process is - call the manufacturer make the warranty claim and have the problem fixed. Not the way it really is. After being ignored by Samsung for over a month they finally told us too bad, but not covered. We went back to Faulkner's explained the problem and after some very persistent work on their part, the problem has been taken care of. Not sure what we would have done had Faulkner's not been there to help us. Thanks. You guys are the best - before and after the sale.
