From the first time we made contact with Meerkat until the final invoice, they were very polite, courteous, and efficient. We hired them to replace fascia boards that had rotted, and to replace all of the eaves and downspouts (on both our house and garage). Despite the fact that there was a huge amount of rain this year, they got the work done very quickly and efficiently. I was also very unsure of myself going into hiring roofers and was not sure what to expect; all of the staff from the sales rep , to everyone in the office, to the crew that did the work-- everyone was extremely polite and understanding. They didn't go over the quote by a cent, and contacted me quickly when things needed to be ironed out. I would absolutely recommend Meerkat who needs roofing and exterior work done, and they will be my first choice the next time we need such work done.

The ignitor on my 20 year old furnace finally conked out. We also have had repeated issues with the flame detector and knew that would need to be replaced soon. I phoned Fagnan's at about 8am and they were here before 11 and finished by 12. The charge was under the exorbitant quotes I had received from other companies last year. The HVAC specialist's name was Igor; he was very polite and punctual, left no mess in the basement or anything, and was extremely clear about what he needed to do to fix the furnace and what the charges were for. He did not waste any time and we did not end up having a huge time charge. I will definitely call Fagnan's again for duct cleaning and other services.
