Kudos to Stewart Roofing for excellent work. We selected this company for an estimate based on their long-standing good reputation and web-based information, and the actual work was consistent with reviews. The estimate was thorough with a good balance of advice and answers to questions, and the crew worked efficiently and impressively as an experienced team. They solicited input about concerns with the existing roof and these were addressed carefully by the on-site foreman as well as by their crews' coordinator. We also appreciated the relentless focus on respecting our property and careful cleanup. Their system is designed for success as they start early and aggressively, including perfectly timed delivery of material delivered quickly to the roof via hydraulic arm. The roof was easily completed in one day, with time available to address any difficulties encountered. Time will tell if their quality control is as good as it appears but the roof has made it through several downpours and we feel comfortable that this company will be responsive in the unlikely event of a future problem. A minor suggestion would be to shade any metal flashing or water guides placed on the lawn to pre-empt singing of the lawn (brown patch showed up the next day and disappeared after a week or two of TLC). Highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new roof.

The team worked quickly and efficiently to install some much-needed additional eavestroughs and gutter guard on our 30 year old house. Both have worked well in the downpours of the past week and the final product blends well. We were particularly impressed when they cleaned not only the small inaccessible eavestrough that we had requested but also all of the grimy eavestroughs that contained the new gutter guard - and then performed a few quick repairs to existing eavestroughs! Excellent service! Unfortunately the windows had just been washed and the spray cleaning product left drips on the nearby windows that we finally cleaned with ceramic oven cleaner after other cleansers failed. The drips were somewhat translucent but were most evident in certain light conditions. While this taints an otherwise 'above-and-beyond' effort, I would not hesitate to have this company back for any future work and highly recommend their services to others.
