We needed several things done in one go - new taps for both the kitchen and the bathroom, as well as a broken garburator removal and new plumbing and drain put in to replace it, and repair to the piping below the bathroom vanity which had decided to just come away from the ceramic sink bowl. A Better Way Plumbing was great to deal with - Kim was super fast and friendly in responding to my quote request, the pricing was competitive and the timing for a visit great. Jason was booked to come in - he was awesome - very friendly, courteous, super tidy and very knowledgeable, quick, answered any questions without annoyance, and had a great sense of humor. He even whistled as he worked instead of cursing under his breath (at both the job and client) which I have known too many plumbers to do... As a commercial designer I deal with plumbers (among other trades on construction sites) a lot on an almost daily basis, so I can say for a fact that this firm is honest, has a great work ethic and is enjoyable to work with. One can see their priorities are client satisfaction and a job done right. I would recommend them to anyone, and feel happy to know I now have a good plumbing company on speed dial should I need them. I will certainly hire them for any future jobs (and you shouldn't look any further either!).
