Hoerner gave me three options for my home that has radiators. Their prices were considered to be reasonable and fair. When I checked with friends in the business. I decided to go tankless for my heated water. Matt and Lloyd came when they said they would and were both respectful, kept work area tidy and informed me of what was happening as they went along. This assured me of their capability to the job. I plan to continue using them for my plumbing needs.

Wayne and his team have just removed a huge double trunk tree in very close proximity to our back porch and kitchen. What an incredible tricky removal. Wayne was careful and skilled at directing his team to complete the job and clean up afterwards. It definitely makes a difference when you hire the right people to do a big job. My beautiful gate was damaged and because of its age and the intricate design I had trouble finding someone to repair it. I contacted Dilullo Restoration when I needed the windows of my garage bricked up. When I decided to change the doors of the garage, John was helpful in giving me some direction on types of doors that would fit my vintage-looking garage. This project evolved into a bigger project and John was able to facilitate each new aspect. Dilullo Restoration 'promised' and delivered on deadline, making sure there were no 'surprises' along the way. Great resources and very professional.

When our porch needed replacing I called on Dilullo Restoration to get the work done. He has a great crew that he works with and brings in trade-workers when needed. This project required cement pouring, brick layering and carpenter. John and his crew started early, worked hard and kept the site clean. John was on site throughout the day and kept us up-to-date on progress. We were very satisfied with the results.

In August I ordered a door with a custom window panel. I was very careful in explaining what I was needing and the sizing of every aspect of it. I was told that it would take 5-6 wks to be ready. Well it took much longer than that and a few 'hiccups' along the way. When the thermal window arrived it was the wrong size. When the thermal window was put into a door frame, it was the wrong type of door. When to compensate for the thermal window being the wrong size they agreed to insert my custom stain glass window into the frame to finish the door. They got the stain glass in backwards. Though they said they would correct it, they didn't. I had been cautious and I didn't let the door be delivered until I saw it at the store - finished. I thought I was careful enough, only to have the contractor hired to install the door discover it was too big for the frame. So he had to do much more work and carve into the frame to make it fit. Due to the errors made in ordering this door this project was much more costly. Downtown Lumber showed very little acceptance of their responsiblity. And we didn't get the door until October!!! Be very cautious if you decide to place a custom order with them.

Manny came to our home and gave us a very clear picture of what he recommended and how his company would go about handling the project. His team came in, setup the work area, did the work and left. They were completely unobtrusive, respectful and efficient in their work. The area was left immaculate, cleaning pipes that weren't directly in the project area, which was unexpected but very much appreciate. We definitely picked the right company for the job.
