We engaged Rabacon (GC Ali Rabah) to do a complete gut and rebuild of 2 bathrooms in our condo unit. They started off well but after receiving 2 out of 3 payments, they began to stop showing up to site. The 4 weeks project schedule ran into the 7th week with our home uninhabitable. In the end, he failed to deliver materials, completed electrical work that did not meet building code, left a plumbing leak into the unit below us, and left a physical hole about 1 ft x 3ft near our bathtub. The quartz countertops were incomplete and left with jagged edges, a major safety hazard in a home with a toddler. He left the shower and sink unsealed. In the end, we had to hire a new contractor to come and fix all of the problems at a cost of over $5000. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to anyone and would caution anyone.

The black fence mesh is even more translucent than I expected. The final product looks fantastic! Robert was very professional but I wish I started the process earlier in the season to have the fence up as soon as the weather was nice. We had some difficult geometry to work with but Robert worked with the space no problem!
