The quality of the furniture at Amish Furniture Outlet is amazing. From what I can tell, it's some of the best quality furniture out there. They have furniture for EVERY room in the house and will do custom pieces at your request. And the detail in the work they do is fantastic. I just recently bought a pair of book-ends there - and you might think that 'book-ends are book-ends', but there are extremely well-crafter and unique. Shopping at Amish Furniture Outlet is definitely a great experience.

I'll start by saying that I generally really like Canadian Tire. But an experience there recently might make me wary of purchases there in the future - I had bought a treadmill and assembled it at home, only to find that it was very noisy, so I decided to return it. Even though I was returning it the day after I had bought it, I was treated a bit 'suspiciously', in that the salesman said that it looked like I had 'used' the treadmill because it was obviously re-packaged. I told him I had assembled it (so taken it all out of the box) and then dis-assembled it and tried to pack it as close to the same as it came as I could. When he called the manager, I didn't receive much better customer service. I pointed out that it had just been purchased the day before, and eventually they took it back and I got my money back. I will continue to shop at Canadian Tire, but will try to avoid returning things there in the future (so will have to be SURE I want something when I buy it there).

What a massive quantity of merchandise! I had already looked in 3 different lighting stores before going to Lighting Center, and it was here that I found exactly what I needed. The prices are a bit high, but from what I can tell, it's because of great quality. From extremely fancy chandeliers to everyday table lamps and ceiling fixtures, this place has it all.
