I needed a new railing as my old railing had stability issues, it was old and started to fall apart. I'm a big guy, so I needed something strong and secure. To make a long story short Devon's crew showed up 3 days late (It was winter and the snow was deep so I don't entirely blame them) but it felt like I was being put off. Anyway they eventually showed up, did their install and I paid in full. About a week later some spindles started to fall out and it took over a month to get it rectified.
