I highly recommend All Smith Electricians for all your electrical needs. Brian and Will did an outstanding job installing our pot lights in our kitchen and great room. They also installed extra lighting in our garage and patched previously existing holes in the ceiling, from the light fixtures being removed. Brian and Will were respectful of our needs to have face coverings on the entire time due to my Mother's age and COVID-19 susceptibility. Will was an absolute delight to chat with when he was running final plans and markings past me before cutting any holes in the ceiling. They were very clear on the scope of work and their plan to work with challenges of our home design (bungaloft) being the removal of existing track lighting that wasn't very user friendly, and 25' ceilings in the great room. Their work was efficient and timely, as our home had limited times where our kids would be out of the house. They cleaned up their work areas more than I could have expected, and were very mindful of our family needs. When looking for an electrician, Brian was very upfront w/ his pricing and what was included. While his prices are very competitive, there were some vendors that came in lower. It is the knowledge and awareness that Brian conveyed when I chatted with him that made us select All Smith. The fact that it was him providing the quote and doing the actual work also comforted us. Of note, Brian followed up with us to see how things were with the new pot lights. He also came back to check on a lighting issue, which turned out to be my oversight and fault, without any hesitation. He stands behind his work!

Nino and Shaun were fantastic to deal with. Right up front they were to the point and provided really good advice on the type of system that was best for our home. When I outlined my preference for one section in our front yard, they accommodated right away. The service was prompt and system was installed very quickly. They took the time to ensure the right sprinkler/spray heads were in there, so that coverage was precise and accurate. The parts used are great quality, as they use the best parts from both of the larger manufacturers i.e. Hunter and Rain Bird. I really appreciate the Rachio head-unit to control everything using wi-fi and my smartphone; great results already! The only caveat is they don't replace interlock stones, of which there was a strip of about 65' that had to be pulled up. BUT, they did everything they could to avoid pulling up more stones than was absolutely needed. I highly recommend RGI.

Lotus Landscaping Group, based out of Markham-Stouffville area, did a fantastic job, on-time and competitively priced. Two of our neighbours used Lotus (specifically Marco) for their current, and previous, homes. They continue to be incredibly happy with the work done, so we called Lotus for a quote. Right away, Marco demonstrated how patient he is, and ever the consummate professional. His responses to my year-long inquiries, guiding us through several options and steering us away from unnecessary things that we were considering. Although we knew Marco would design/build anything we wanted, he was respectful and gentle enough to let us know what would be most functional for our family. When compared against the three other vendors we considered, Lotus was much more clear on the quality, methodology and process. The base-depth of the patio, the design of the steps and quality of the stone were superior to others' proposals. During the design phase, Marco was able to pull up the digital design of his proposals quickly, which allowed us to visualize the end product more easily. When we were ready to proceed with the work, Marco brought in a crew that was very polite, organized and tidy. They completed the work in two days, which was ahead of schedule. The crew worked to dusk on the first day, and completed the job the next evening by dinner time. As small as our job was for Lotus, Marco made us feel like our job was important and that our family was just as important to him. Our family highly recommends Lotus Landscaping and Marco!

Tom responded quickly to my emergency service call to change the locks. He was friendly, easy to work with, and very professional, especially considering the sensitive nature of the call. Tom did excellent top quality work, made sure that he confirmed every step he was taking with me, and charged fair prices . Some of the other companies I called from HomeStars were either rude or didn't call back (likely because it's a weekend). However, Tom made the effort to come to the service call at my convenience. He also has a lifetime guarantee on his work.

Amazing craftsmanship and incredible customer service from Michael Gouveia. I am writing this review at this time, because I've now had a chance to see how well the product stands up and the customer support provided by Gold Seal Caulking. A number of months back, we hired Gold Seal for our home in Meadowvale, Mississauga. We were incredibly impressed with their attentiveness and responsiveness to our inquiries. Michael Gouveia provided us with complete and concise explanations and solutions to our project issues. He went into detail on the types of material and methods his company would employ for the project. They booked their work according to our schedule and checked in with us just a couple of days before the work to ensure we were still good to go. On the day of the work, he and two other gentlemen arrived and made quick work of the windows and doors. They were incredibly efficient and very accommodating towards my family's personal family needs the uniqueness of our home exterior. The workmanship is excellent and the amount of material used to seal the windows is incredibly bountiful. Family and friends even compliment the great work! With mixed emotions, we decided to move and showed the work to our real estate agent who commented the work was far beyond anything he'd seen before. He was so impressed that he took the company contact information to use him for future home sales that may require some exterior caulking work done prior to putting a home up for sale. Even after the work was done, Michael Gouveia followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the end-result. It's now over six months since the project has been completed, and the product is still standing quite strong and still looks great! I highly recommend Michael Gouveia and Gold Seal Caulking for any of your exterior window and door sealing needs. We'll be contacting them for work on our new home in Stouffville shortly!
