We had water leakage coming from our water filtration system that impacted our pantry hardwood floor and down to the basement ceiling. When we called Mario, he was able to come within 2 hours and was very punctual. Mario goes over and beyond to address the issues and provide a fair and efficient proposal to perform the "emergency services". Mario was also able to start same day which we greatly appreciated. In addition, he was extremely responsive on email and text and provided the best service we can expect during our time of panic. We would highly recommend Mario!

One day the ceiling of our living room started to show water stains and we quickly called a reputable plumber (with the best reviews) and when he couldn't help, we called a reputable restoration company (with good reviews). Each spent roughly an hour and could not detect the source of the problem. Then it was Ronal to the rescue! Within 10 minutes of looking at the shower (sitting above our living room ceiling), he was able to pinpoint the issue! We were absolutely amazed. He clearly demonstrated his experience and knowledge with us and quickly we knew we found the right person to help us! Not only was Ronal knowledgeable and experienced, he was amazingly friendly and sincere - both qualities we value tremendously for people that we find on Homestars. In addition, Ronal and his son were respectful to our son's napping schedule and offered great tips for us!

I sent an email with pictures and followed up with a phone call to discuss the issue. Nazar was quickly over my house to fix it the evening of the next day. Nazar was knowledgeable, straightforward, sincere and very reasonable. I was asking a lot of questions about the garage and he offered great tips as well! If you are looking for someone that is fair and sincere and truly goes by reviews and referrals, Nazar is your guy! I would definitely call up Nazar again and would not hesitate to refer him.

Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning was responsive, professional and extremely fair from beginning to finish. Yitzie, the president of the company, was extremely responsive on email. He gave the heads up which day his his team would come out to perform the service. I had some questions regarding some of my eavestroughs and he was very kind to take a look at my pictures and a video and gave me his expert opinion. Yitzie was pleasant and fair to work with over email. Matt, who was the person onsite was very thorough in explaining the potential issues with my eavestroughs. I think Maple Window & Eaves Cleaning went above and beyond what was originally asked of them, and I thank them for that. I highly recommend!!
