When we called in we advised that we would like a move-in clean. Chris was very nice and they were able to accommodate our Saturday request just 2 days before, which was great. Unfortunately, the cleaning job was very poor. Certain kitchen cabinets had to be re-done after I showed the cleaner how there was still black stuff in the drawer that could easily be rubbed off with my finger. After the cleaner left we discovered other cabinets were left completely untouched... It is a relatively small house, and 3 hours should have provided them more than enough time to get all these things done. We tried calling Chris for the past two days to further discuss the issue and have yet to have a call-back.

I am writing to you from the Ottawa branch of rent a Wife . I am sorry that you
did not receive the "cleaning" that you expected..It is not our policy to leave
anyone dissatisfied, as we do this work because , we enjoy cleaning as well as being helpful to the home owners..I am sorry that Kris did not get back to you; she did give you $ back on the invoice.I presume that didn't help.
I ask you , what is it , that you would like for us to do to appease this situation??
