We had used a previous company to take care of our biweekly cleaning service, However, we found them to be inconsistent with the cleaning - there would be dust still left underneath tables (that you could clearly reach under!) or hanging pendants that weren't cleaned. Overall, we felt dissatisfied with that service so I came onto Homestars to find a replacement. I choose Maret's because of the high AND multiple ratings that she had recived. We were in contact first in email and then by phone. Maret herself came to my house to first do an estimate on the cleaning. I found her to be very professional especially compared to our previous service. She called the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm the time. When she came to my house, she went into each room to assess the cleaning that the previous company had done as well as discussing with us our needs, and why weren't pleased with our previous service. Her initial estimate for our first cleaning entailed having 3 people clean the house to do a thorough cleaning before our biweekly service would begin. After her team had come to do the first cleaning, she followed up with me via email to make sure I was pleased with the service. It was such a pleasure coming home to a clean house. Every nook and cranny was spotless. There were stains that had been removed that we hadn't been able to get rid of for years. Our floors hadn't looked so clean since they had first been installed. I will admit Maret's service is not the cheapest, but I find that if I'm investing in a cleaning service, the premium for hers is worth it when you take into account the quality and care she puts into her work. I'm looking forward to now receiving biweekly cleaning services from her and her team. Also, they use a product called Simple Sudz which left behind no obvious odors. I appreciated this since I have a young son, and do not want to expose him unnecessarily to any harsh chemicals. Thanks Maret and team!

Angelo and his team of professionals were great to deal with. Angelo kept us upated with timelines as our project got delayed by a few weeks because of 3 weeks of rain. We had All-Pro: -Replace 2 garden-walls -Install interlock pathway and terrace -Replace flagstone on front steps -Install deck (also install gravel underneath to slope away from house) -Pave driveway We did have a couple of concerns with a few boards in our deck installation, but they were quickly replaced after we pointed them out. All-Pro was not the cheapest to deal with, but on par with other companies. We were satisfied with the quality of the work and most importantly, trusted the contractors. Thanks for doing a great job All-Pro!

Tony came to our house to give us a free estimate with no obligation. This was unlike another company that came and tried to give the hard sell (i.e. If you don't sign this contract now, you won't get this price again) We had Ambia install patio doors and replace several windows and shutters in our home. Frank and the installers did a fantastic job, as well as Brian with the masonry work (we had to get cut-out of the bricks done for this). They were all professional and personable. Prices were in-line with other companies. We will be calling them in spring to replace our front door as well!
