I contacterd Tom from prolific mechanical to install new ductwork, furnace, AC and Heatpump. He had been very supportive and open to discussion, questions. He did an excellent work within time. He is very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the work as well as after the work is done to help me on permit as well as rebates. I had so many questions and confusion regarding the rebate program. He was very patient to hear and revert back. I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to others.
