Because we were paying a ridiculous amount for drapes, we were expecting primo service. We were promised a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. We had to call him 4 times after 9 weeks had passed to finally get our product. When the drapes were FINALLY installed, the contractor fastened the drapes to high (making them appear shorter). We had to fix that. The contractor then damaged our wall. We had to fix that too. When I spoke to Mark about the damage - he told me "that's not me - that's the contractor. I can't do anything about it". He didn't even give us a break on the installation cost. I have never been more disatisfied with a service in my entire life. Buyer Beware!!!!!!
