When we needed our roof done, we called Turnbull Roofing after they were recommended to us by a good friend. Steve Turnbull replied to our call promptly and visited a few days later to provide us with a quote that was very reasonable. I knew that the job would be a bit of a pain as there were several layers of shingles that needed to be removed and there is not much room between our house and the houses on either side to work, but Steve assured me that the job would not be as bad as I thought and explained the whole process to me without being condescending (as some other contractors and roofers have been). He was very respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. The fellows who came to do the roof were good-humoured and polite and had the job done within the day. They did an excellent job of the roof and with the clean up and also took extra measures to make sure that the properties on either side of house were protected from the falling debris. While the job was being done, I met Robert Turnbull, who also patiently answered my questions. This is a roofing company with a great deal of knowledge and experience in their profession and we will definitely recommend them to anyone we know who needs their roof done. If I could give them a score higher than 10/10, I would! Thanks guys!

We started out with an enclosed porch, which we wanted to turn into an open one. As my husband started taking off siding and so on, he realized the porch was almost falling off the house. John's team completed the demo,and completely re-built the porch from scratch. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and we have received many compliments on how beautiful it looks. Also, each day the site was tidied up, and at the end of the job, the site was completely clean. Dean did most of the work, and did a really wonderful job. He was always friendly and courteous and considerate. After hearing so many nightmare stories about renos gone bad, we had a lot of peace of mind throughout the job and we have confidence that there won't be any surprise problems popping up in the future. We still have the rest of our house to renovate and we will definitely be calling John again!
