We were looking to have our condo (approx. 1100 sq. ft.) freshened up as we were just moving in. Every closet was a different colour inside and the off-white look dull and dirty in our south-facing space. We were happy when Tom was able to fit us in between projects and freshen up the place ceiling to trim in only two days! White can be a tricky colour to apply and get the clean crispness we were hoping for - he did it with no trouble! He was even able to work around our curious cat. Project: semi-gloss on trim and doors, eggshell on walls, flat on ceilings - all white. $2500 +tax.
