I had found a fabulous phone table at an antique show that had unfortunately been painted black somewhere in its life. I went to Home Depot with basically no knowledge about stripping paint off wood (other than that it could be done) and the man who helped me spent half an hour at least showing me which stripper to use so that I could strip the legs as well as the top and explaining how to do it. My fabulous phone table looks great thanks to their service!
