Access to most of the eavestrough in my home is very difficult; impossible by ladder from the ground. I spoke to a number of other companies before Tip Top, and after looking at Google street view, the others weren't willing to take on the job. Myriam at Tip Top was very friendly, and after consulting with her people, said they would take on the job despite the difficulty. They arrived at the house and enthusiastically found a great solution (unlike most other contractors who, when seeing a difficult site condition, will grumpily and reluctantly try to solve the problem, and often ask for extra payment). Tip Top delivered the job at the original agreed price, and did a fantastic cleanup job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

We were pleased with Adriano's work on our range repair. He diagnosed the issue, did a temporary fix and returned with the necessary part a few days later as scheduled. He also gave us good advice on maintaining our dishwasher. Adriano is pleasant and prompt. We're pleased to add our 10 rating to the numerous others here on Homestars. If only everyone provided this level of service! The corner of our basement was flooded due to a leak from a waste pipe. It was a small area (about 140 sq.ft.). I called Mark (always immediately available on the phone, by the way), and he directed me how to lift the carpet, dispose of the underpadding and allow the carpet to dry. The price quote for new underpadding and re-laying the carpet was very reasonable. Once dry, the carpet installer (Al) punctually arrived, and immediately noticed there was new water on the floor, so he couldn't do the installation. (It turned out the new flood was unrelated to the old one, this time from the furnace!). Al returned again once the carpet was dry to do the installation. He couldn't complete one small area because the floor was cold and the existing carpet couldn't be stretched enough (for fear it would tear). I talked to Mark the next morning, and HE apologized to ME for not being able to complete the work! After I adequately warmed the room, Al returned the next day to complete the job. At every step of the way, both Mark and Al were pleasant, patient and responsive, and did excellent work at a reasonable price.
