Waited just shy of 3 hours. Subcontracted out to Acko Door and Lock. Expected $15 for showing up and $35 (minimum which I didn't expect to be much higher since it is a plain bedroom lock, not a front door). If they had shown up "right away" as promised, I would have told them to walk and called around for a better price. One star cause he opened the door.
