From the time we made our first call to Jason from Imperial, we knew that we were dealing with someone forthright and responsible. He got back to us right away and explained clearly what he could -and what he wouldn't be able to do. By the time we had finished making plans to have our bath/shower redone, I was confident that we had the right person for the job. When Jason arrived at my mother's condo, he was on time, friendly, professional and respectful. Throughout the process he explained what he was going to do, what we could expect, and was tremendously accommodating as far as our particular needs are concerned.
