Don't get me wrong. The store has good looking furniture and that's why I bought a few pieces for living room (all in stock) then, more for bedroom (this time, not in stock), and my nightmare began. A promised 6-8 weeks delivery (US to Canada) became 8-12, then I had to wait even more. The sales lady who was so very nice and helpful when I placed the order turn out was only nice to me to the point my credit card is charged for the deposit. To add to our frustration, the store did not seem to have a way of tracking orders correctly. One day we would be told the shipment was already at the border, and we should be getting delivery calls the next week; a few days later when I call to follow up, only to be told the piece was not even shipped yet. The last time I called, we were told the shipment was already in Washington State but it was not until 17 days later, we finally got our furniture delivered. Throughout the whole thing, the sales person did not even once said sorry. Not impressed.

I am very sorry for your experience and wish to assure you that this seems to be a situation that does not happen very often. With that being said, we are continually looking for ways to improve our customer experience. The majority of our sales people are not on commission as we do not like high pressure sales and prefer to invest in repeat customers rather than a one time sale. Unfortunately when we are not in direct control of the manufacturing process of the furniture we cannot foresee some delays. I apologize if the order was not delivered in the time we predicted.
