Arthur was very helpful in providing an alternative solution to our roof problem that was significantly less expensive than other quotes we received. Our roof has not leaked since and we are very satisfied with the services provided.

I signed a one year contract for lawncare which included fall leaf removal. Though their services in the summer were good, they failed to remove leaves in the fall as per the contract. When I called and asked that they provide the service as contracted, they never showed up. I had already paid in full for the service. The next year they called asking if I wanted to renew the contract. When I asked about their failure to show up in the fall, they insisted that they removed the leaves as per our contract, refusing to take responsibility for the failure to provide the service. I did not renew with them.
