TL in Toronto

We have been in our country home for 5 years and had seen a few bats over the first few years and chalked it up to some kind of fluke (not realizing the problem), but this summer we saw several over a two week period and then we knew we needed a solution! We found during an online search and he was out the following week to seal everything up and set up the exit doors at the points of entry. Bats gone! Then this past weekend, Kenny came by to remove the bat doors, as promised (and with no follow-up call needed). Kenny did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it!
